Our team is not a family, we’re a team that is dependent on the performance of everyone. All of our Shapesmiths are vetted in an apprenticeship that lasts between 6 weeks (if they start with a certification already) and one year.

We cover the costs of many of your certifications, we evaluate your progress weekly, and we hold meetings about how well everyone is performing informally and formally on a regular basis.
