Frequently Asked Questions
How much does it cost?
We get this question a lot, and the answer is that it depends on what you need. What we can say for certain is that we aim to provide a custom, premium service to you at every step of your journey, and to teach you what you need to move on towards your goals, not just the ones that keep our lights on.
That means we will need to know as much about your goals as possible so we can align the work we do with what you need. Every adventurer is assessed for two weeks after the initial consultation. We then will build you exactly what you need to get your results.
That also means that if you’re looking for a $30 a month all-access gym, we’re not it.
What is the consultation like?
When you come in for your consultation we will have you fill out a brief form and then our adventure guide will sit down with you in our transformation room and ask you about your goals, medical history, and answer any questions you may have about what we do.
They will then give you a quote based on what you discussed, and should you decide to join they will immediately begin the process of getting you started on your goals! There’s no waiting around here, we want you to hit your resultsĀ fast.
We generally set aside an hour and a half for consultations, and talking to us about your goals is always free of charge. They usually only take 45 minutes and an additional 20-30 minutes to set you up with everything you need.
These are also no-sweat meetings. If we feel like you aren’t a good fit for us or vise-versa, we’ll tell you immediately and then point you in the direction of someone who can better suit your needs.
What if I can't afford it?
If we provide you with a quote and you can’t afford it, let us know! We might have a more budget friendly alternative, or we are happy to call up a gym in the area that is within your budget. The main goal of the consultation is to help you get startedĀ somewhere.
How do you say Bjorn?
This is another one we get alot. Pronounce the “j” like it’s a “y” and pronounce the “o” like it’s an “e”
So it sounds like “B-Yern”, not “Buh-Jorn”
I keep seeing posts about Quests. What are Quests?
At Bjorn Quests are internal challenges we hold to make it fun, to help adventurers develop a sense of community, and to reward them for their hard work.
At the end of each quest we have a big party and then we give away prizes to people who had the most points. It’s a whole ton of fun for everyone!
